Shipping & Return Policy

Leupold.com Shipping Terms & Details:

  • Leupold offers FREE UPS Ground shipping to all 50 states, D.C, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands) on all regularly priced orders over $99.
  • All regularly priced orders less than $99 will ship UPS Ground to the lower 48 states, and the District of Columbia for a flat $5 rate.
  • All regularly priced orders less than $99 will ship UPS Ground to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands) for a flat $25 rate.
  • All VIP orders will ship UPS Ground to the lower 48 states, and the District of Columbia for a flat $10 rate, and VIP orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands) will ship via UPS for a $25 flat rate.
  • We are unable to ship any orders to U.S. Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO, etc.), PO Boxes, or International Addresses.
  • Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days from our distribution center in Beaverton, OR. Upon shipment, you will automatically be notified with tracking information via email.

All Leupold customers are entitled to a square deal. Items purchased on Leupold.com that are in new and unused condition may be returned and refunded up to 30 days from the date of the UPS delivery confirmation date.

Leupold.com Return Terms & Details:

  • To initiate a return for refund, log into your account and select from your orders made on Leupold.com that are within 30 day return window.
  • Please note you are responsible for shipping the products back to Leupold. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and follow all the steps outlined in the return process on Leupold.com
  • You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
  • The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, so long as the returned items are in new and unused condition. Any products that show signs of use or that have been mounted will not be accepted for returns or refunded.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, unless returns are for defective or damaged products, or the wrong product was shipped.
  • If you need to make a return due to defective or damaged products, or the wrong product was shipped please contact customerservice@leupold.com to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
  • An exchanged or new item(s) will not be sent to you unless a new order is placed via Leupold.com
  • Credit for returned items will be applied to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase. Credit will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by Leupold.
  • All products purchased on Leupold.com may only be returned according to these terms, and may not be returned to any Leupold retailer or authorized Leupold dealer.
