Loyalty members can become eligible for rewards such as purchase discounts, special gifts at certain reward point levels, and exclusive or early access to products, sales, and events. Leupold Loyalty is free to all customers who create a Leupold.com account.

In connection with Leupold Loyalty, we may offer financial incentives and/or price or service differences ("Incentives") to Leupold Loyalty members based on points earned as further described on the Leupold Loyalty Rewards page, in exchange for our use of Leupold Loyalty Data (defined below).

To offer these Incentives, we must track the Personal Information you provide when you sign up for a Leupold.com account or engage in activities to earn points, such as updating your contact information, purchase history, and other information supplied by you to us ("Leupold Loyalty Data"). The value of Leupold Loyalty Data to Leupold is calculated by determining the approximate additional spending of Leupold Loyalty customers against the spending of individuals who are not enrolled in Leupold Loyalty. The value of Leupold Loyalty Data is reasonably related to the costs associated with offering the Incentives.
