Leupold & Stevens, Inc., has announced that its new European Service Center is now open – a preemptive move designed to reduce service times for international consumers.

Consumers in Europe are encouraged to contact their local dealers if they believe their Leupold product requires service or refurbishment. Certified dealers will be able to ship products to the new service center. Previously, all service requests required that products be shipped to Leupold’s headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

"We’re excited to be able to enhance the consumer experience for the many European hunters and shooters that choose Leupold products," said Shane Meisel, Director of International Sales and Marketing for Leupold & Stevens, Inc. “Whereas some companies warranty failure, we guarantee performance. That said, if you ever feel your Leupold product isn’t performing, our trained specialists will absolutely examine and repair it, if need be. Opening a European-based service center is just another way for us to continue delivering on the incredibly high standards Leupold sets for customer service."

The new service center is open now and is accepting all Leupold-branded products for potential repair or refurbishment.
