To ensure accurate service, you must print this page and include with your optic shipment, following the steps below:

  1. Print this page to include with your shipment.
  2. Remove mounting rings, covers, and all other accessories from the product.
  3. Record the serial number of the product and keep it for future reference.
  4. If possible, ship the product in its original packaging.
  5. If possible, ship using a trackable parcel service and insure the shipment against loss. 
  6. Ship to the address below.

Please note: It may take 3-4 weeks to diagnose and repair your optic. We will update you with regular emails concerning your item’s status along the way. Please check your spam folder if you are not receiving these emails.
