Federal/Military Program FAQs

  • All Sales are Final.  Products purchased under this program, are not for resale.  Purchases are intended for personal use only.  Returns are not allowed.
  • Orders are limited to the product list in the provided price sheet only.
  • Orders must be submitted via fax or email on the supplied form.  We do not take orders over the phone.
  • Please allow at least 5 business days before calling to check on an order you have submitted.
  • You will receive email notifications when your order has been processed and shipped.
  • There will be a shipping and handling fee of $10.00 added to all shipments.  This is a one-time fee.  You are responsible for all applicable taxes.  (State sales tax, local sales tax, VAT, etc.)
  • Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship products- through this program- outside of the United States.   All orders require a Domestic U.S. physical address.
  • Partial shipments in an order is common.  Lead time is completely dependent on inventory at the time of your order.  If items are in stock, they will typically ship within 7 business days.  If they are not in stock, they will ship when stock is replenished.
  • Contractors are not eligible for this program.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the program information once it is sent to you.  You will need to re-enroll each year.
