Leupold & Stevens, Inc., provider of the world’s most rugged, lightweight, and clear sport optics, is pleased to announce that Leupold Athlete Seth Feider has won the Bassmaster Elite Series Angler of the Year title. Feider’s performance at the Bassmaster Elite Tournament on the St. Lawrence River last week secured his spot as the series’ top angler for 2021.

Feider has delivered all season on the way to the title, with four top-10 finishes across the season’s nine tournaments. He exclusively uses Leupold Performance Eyewear – specifically the Switchback model – when in competition.

“I wear them 15 hours a day, every day,” said Feider. “They are one of the most important tools I have, especially when I need the clarity to go old-school and hunt for fish.”

All eight Leupold Performance Eyewear frame styles are made from lightweight, ballistic-rated materials and ship with scratch-resistant, polarized lenses as rugged and clear as those featured in the company’s legendary riflescopes, making them the best eyewear on the market for hunting and fishing. Four of the eight styles – the Packout, Switchback, Payload, and Tracer – meet or exceed ANSI Z87.1+ high-velocity impact standards for eye protection.

New for 2021, the Payload frame was designed for anglers and outdoorsmen who live life on the water. Featuring Lens Ventilation, the Payload maintains a clear image while eliminating glare, helping you see past the water’s surface to what lies beneath. Combine that with wrap-around, ANSI Z87.1+ certified frames and ballistic-rated lenses, and you’ve got unmatched protection and clarity that every outdoor athlete demands.
